TERMS OF SALE
These conditions of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the smartstart.hr web store (hereinafter referred to as "goods") is SmartStart d.o.o., and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online catalog who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
ORDERING
The goods are ordered by electronic form and by phone. The customer must fill in the Profile with basic data for billing and delivery of the desired products and will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.

After selecting a product, you can click on its details and find out everything about it and take a closer look at it, and if you want to buy it, just click on the shopping cart and it will immediately be in it. You can choose quantities in the shopping cart, as well as cancel the purchase. At any moment, your shopping cart is visible and available to you, and you can calmly continue browsing our storefront. After shopping, go back to the shopping cart and select complete order. Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made in the following ways:

Payment by credit cards
MasterCard® and Maestro®, Visa, Discover and Diners one time.
You can pay for orders over HRK 300 in up to 6 installments with Visa Premium and Diners cards and with Visa Electron and Maestro debit cards issued by PBZ.
When paying on our web store, use CorvusPay - an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online.

Internet banking
When choosing this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with all the information required for payment to your email address. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills - through the bank, post office, Fine or similar.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered items.
I'll take it
Payment is made when taking over the goods and is paid to the delivery person.
Delivery
You can pick up the product at our office (Mažuranićeva Ulica 10
21312 Podstrana, Croatia) or we can deliver it to your address. We use HP Express and Lagermax services for delivery. Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for Croatia.
You will receive an email confirmation to confirm that your Order has been received.
Returns and complaints
All customers of smartstart.hr have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement (return the order) without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In order for the Buyer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement (return), he must notify the Seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term, in an unequivocal statement sent by post or e-mail, in which he will state his name and surname, address, number phone, fax or e-mail address. The request for unilateral termination of the Agreement is sent to the e-mail info@smartstart.hr or by post to the address SmartStart d.o.o., Mažuranićeva Ulica 10, 21312 Podstrana, Croatia
Confirmation of receipt of notice of unilateral termination of the contract
The Seller will deliver to the Buyer, without delay, by electronic mail. All users bear the costs of returning the goods themselves. Download the form for unilateral contract termination HERE

After the Buyer requests a return, the Seller's staff will contact him and give instructions for making the return. In order for the return to be accepted, the returned goods must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the goods are not in proper condition (unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging), the Seller will not be able to accept the return request and the Buyer will have to pay the postage in the amount of HRK 50 to have the goods sent back to his home address.

If, after inspecting the product, the Seller determines that the returned goods are in a suitable condition, he will return the full amount that the Buyer paid to the current account or credit card, i.e. in the same way that the Buyer made the payment, no later than within 14 days of receiving the decision on the unilateral termination of the contract. The Seller can refund the money only after the goods are returned to him, it is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled his obligation on time if he sends or hands over the goods to the Seller before the expiration of the aforementioned period, that is, to the person authorized by the Seller to receive the goods. The Customer can return all items to the smartstart.hr store, Mažuranićeva Ulica 10, 21312 Podstrana, Croatia, after an approved return request.

The buyer undertakes to return the goods within two working days from the approval of the request.

If you do not receive any notification about the status of the order or delivery after 20 days from placing the order, please contact info@smartstart.hr so ​​that we can take action to find the shipment or send a replacement.
Online dispute resolution
If you have a problem with a product or service you have purchased online, you can file a complaint on this platform. That complaint will then be resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.

SmartStart d.o.o. as the manager of personal data processing determines the purpose and means of personal data processing and is responsible for the storage and use of personal data in paper and/or electronic form. Personal data we collect
Personal data is any data relating to an individual whose identity is known or can be determined. An identifiable individual is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular with the help of identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or with the help of one or more factors inherent to physical, physiological, genetic, mental , economic, cultural or social identity of that individual. We collect your personal information only when you voluntarily provide us with such information. We collect data about you when you fill out a web form or when you sign up for the newsletter. Legal basis for personal data processing
By entering his personal data and confirming (clicking) acceptance of the Terms of Purchase and this Privacy Statement, the customer enters into a contractual relationship that is the basis for the purchase of products and services of the customer's choice on the website www.smartstart.hr, which is contained in the Terms of Purchase and therefore, the processing of these personal data is legal because actions are taken at the request of the Customer in order to realize the purchase of products and services ordered by the Customer.
Receiving marketing campaigns by e-mail (newsletter)
If you decide to sign up for our newsletter list, the e-mail address you send us is forwarded to the software platform that provides us with e-mail marketing services. The email address you send will not be stored in our own database or on one of our internal computer systems. Your e-mail address remains in the database of the said platform as long as we continue to use the services of that platform for email marketing or until you request to unsubscribe from the newsletter list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links found in all newsletters we send you or by requesting unsubscribe via our contact email address. The user who registers to receive information about products and promotions by entering his data on the website www.smartstart.hr and double confirming the correctness of his email address, gives his consent to the processing of his personal data.
Communication of data to third parties
SmartStart d.o.o. will not share the personal data of the Customer or User with other parties except in the cases specified in the following points and in situations where positive regulations require it. SmartStart d.o.o. will share the Customer's personal data with:
• To service providers of distribution of goods with whom it has a permanent contract and for this purpose to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send ground mail and e-mail. The distribution service provider may ask the Customer for his/her identity card at the time of delivery of the package during the personal collection of the goods, all for the purpose of realizing the package delivery service and keeping records of who collected the package. If the Customer refuses to provide this information, the package will not be delivered. The distribution service provider can send a link to track the status of the shipment to the Customer's e-mail address.
Processing of personal data in the process of payment by credit and debit cards
SmartStart d.o.o. at the time of payment on the website www.smartstart.hr, as a condition for paying for products and services by credit or debit card, it requests the Customer's consent to activate the payment process through Corvuspay, the contractual partner of SmartStart d.o.o. and the Executor of personal data processing. For this purpose, the Customer's personal data (Customer's name and surname, Customer's address, data from the Customer's card) are temporarily stored with CorvusPay, which stores this data in accordance with PCI DSS certification, the highest level of protection and confidentiality. Employees of the www.smartstart.hr online store do not have access to your credit card number at any time, only the number of the authorized transaction is available to them. Card data is not stored in our system, but the credit card number is checked and authorized directly in the authorization center of the card company. Do not enter the credit card number anywhere except in the field provided for it, do not send it by e-mail or via the contact form. SmartStart d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that Customers may suffer due to the temporary, partial or complete unavailability of the WSPay™ service.
Deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten, withdrawal of consent)
In the event that the Buyer does not want the seller to process the data of the same in any way anymore, and requests the deletion of the data on the same, he must notify the seller of this via an e-mail message to the e-mail address info@smartstart.hr
The right to object
If, despite all measures taken to protect personal data, you believe that you have grounds for objection, contact the Manager of Personal Data Processing at the email address info@smartstart.hr. You can submit an objection to the processing of your personal data to the supervisory authority, the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (AZOP).

Access and correction of personal data The Customer and User have the possibility to access their personal data at any time by registering on the page and by accessing "My data" where the Customer can revise their personal data that they have shared with SmartStart d.o.o. The customer and user can request and receive from SmartStart d.o.o. complete information about the personal data that is stored, as well as the correction of the same by sending an e-mail message to the e-mail address of the personal data controller: info@smartstart.hr

Personal data storage period We will keep your data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we process it. The criterion on the basis of which we determine the period of storage of personal data is precisely the purpose of collection and the time period in which you want us to provide you with our services.
Security measures for the protection of personal data - encryption
